দায়িত্বসমূহ

১. সহজ, আকর্ষণীয় ও বোধগম্য ভাষায় মানসম্মত সংবাদ প্রতিবেদন তৈরি করা।

২. টেলিভিশন ও ডিজিটাল প্ল্যাটফর্মের জন্য সংবাদ স্ক্রিপ্ট লেখা এবং ভিডিও কনটেন্ট সম্পাদনা করা।

৩. প্রতিবেদক ও মাঠপর্যায়ের টিমের সঙ্গে কার্যকর যোগাযোগ ও সমন্বয় বজায় রাখা।

৪. জাতীয় ও আন্তর্জাতিক সমসাময়িক বিষয়াবলি সম্পর্কে নিয়মিত ধারণা রাখা।

৫. বাংলাদেশের প্রচলিত আইন ও বিধিবিধান মেনে সব ধরনের সংবাদ ও কনটেন্ট প্রকাশ নিশ্চিত করা।

শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা

মাস কমিউনিকেশন অ্যান্ড জার্নালিজম/মিডিয়া স্টাডিজ বিষয়ে ইউজিসি অনুমোদিত যেকোনো স্বনামধন্য বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় থেকে ন্যূনতম স্নাতক ডিগ্রি থাকতে হবে।

অতিরিক্ত যোগ্যতা

১. অগ্রাধিকারভিত্তিক একাধিক কাজ ও সময়সূচি দক্ষতার সঙ্গে পরিচালনার সক্ষমতা থাকতে হবে।

২. ভালো যোগাযোগ ও সমন্বয় দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে।

৩. শুদ্ধ উচ্চারণসহ বাংলা লেখা ও বলায় দক্ষ হতে হবে।

৪. ছবি ও ভিডিও সম্পাদনার বিভিন্ন টুলস সম্পর্কে প্রাথমিক ধারণা থাকতে হবে।

৫. সংবাদ মূল্যায়ন ও সম্পাদকীয় মানদণ্ড সম্পর্কে ভালো ধারণা থাকতে হবে।

৬. নির্ভুলতা ও সম্পাদকীয় বিচারবোধের সঙ্গে সংবাদ সম্পাদনায় দক্ষ হতে হবে।

অভিজ্ঞতা

সংশ্লিষ্ট ক্ষেত্রে ন্যূনতম ১ থেকে ২ বছরের কাজের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে।

Position: Newsroom Editor (National Desk)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Prepare clear, concise, and high-quality news reports in simple and engaging language.

2. Write scripts and edit video content for television and digital platforms.

3. Coordinate and maintain effective communication with reporters and field teams.

4. Maintain awareness of national and international current affairs.

5. Ensure all content complies with the laws and regulations of Bangladesh.

Educational Qualification: Minimum Graduation in Mass Communication & Journalism/Media Studies from any reputed UGC-approved University.

Additional Qualification:

1. Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and schedules efficiently with a priority-based approach.

2. Good communication and coordination skills.

3. Strong command of written and spoken Bangla with accurate pronunciation

4. Basic knowledge of photo and video editing tools.

5. Strong sense of news judgment and editorial standards.

6. Proficiency in news editing with a strong sense of editorial judgment and accuracy.

Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in related field.
